Screen printing

Screen printing is a high-quality method for printing on textiles. The basis is a fine sieve stretched on a professional metal frame, through which the printing ink is pushed onto the printing material using a so-called trivet. Before the execution itself, it is necessary to prepare graphic materials, which are printed in black on a special transparent film. The motif is then transferred to the screen through the photopath. Thanks to this method, the illuminated places on the network will be confirmed. Places that were covered by the motif during exposure are washed off the film with a stream of water. If your logo or motif contains several colors, a special screen must be made for each of them.
