Graphic design preparation

Creation of graphic print designs on articles precedes the production of marking of advertising materials in all printing technologies. We will provide out customer with designs in electronic form in PDF format that have to be approved without reservations prior to the production commencement which the customer shall confirm by their signature. We accept graphic materials from customer in PDF format in curves with PANTONE colour specification.Bitmap graphics for full-colour print in minimum resolution of 300 dpi for a given dimension.

Tampoprint

Printing technology suitable for print of smaller advertising articles, such as pencils, lighters, key pouches, openers, boxes, etc. Materials suitable to be printed using this technology: plastic materials, wood - even varnished, paper, leather, artificial leather, metal, glass, ceramics. Paint is transferred to article by means of silicone tampon of print form – cliché. 
Maximum size of the print is 45 mm in diameter, and number of colours: 5.

Serigraphy

Serigraphy is a high quality method of motif or logo presentation on a textile background. This printing technology is suitable for print on smaller advertising articles, such as umbrellas, caps, bags, calendars, etc. Paint is transferred to the article by means of spatula via a serigraphic template. Materials suitable to be printed using this technology: cotton, nylon, polyester, paper, glass, metal, plastic materials. This method is used also for print on T-shirts.
Maximum size of the print is 450 x 350 mm, and number of colours: 6.

Serigraphy transfer

Involves serigraphic print on transfer paper in reverse order than in direct Serigraphy on natural and also artificial textiles. After being printed, colours are transferred on transfer presses by means of temperature and pressure from the transfer paper to materials to be printed (caps, umbrellas, bags, and the like). The advantage of this method is higher density of colours on darker shades of textiles, and higher accuracy of their co-print. This method is used also for print on T-shirts.

Rotary serigraphy

Printing technology suitable for print of round articles, such as cups, glasses or ashtrays. Materials suitable to be printed using this technology: ceramics, glass, porcelain, metal, plastic materials.
Maximum size of the print is 150 x 80 mm, and number of colours: 6.

Embroidery 

Technology suitable for embroidering titles or logos in textile materials, such as T-shirts, caps, jackets, sweaters, towels, etc., on a special embroidery machine. Embroidery program and embroidery pattern shall always be created.

Laser carving in metal

Technology suitable for marking of advertising articles made of metals and hardened plastics, such as pencils, business card folders, cups, thermos bottles, key pouches, knives, etc. Colourfulness of a laser carved motif is affected by the material under the surface layer of the article.

CO2 Laser

CO2 lasers are most suitable for marking organic materials, such as leather, wood, glass, rubber, Majority of plastic materials, ceramics or fibre. 

Embossing

Printing technology suitable for embossing a text or logo in notebooks or leather articles, such as wallets, key pouches, cases, etc. Transfer takes places by means of embossing die heated to the required temperature, and by pressure.

Sand blasting

Sand blasting is a technology of fine blasting of corundum sand by means of which the desired layer of article that is sand blasted can be removed. It can be used on glass, stone, metal, wood, acrylic materials and many other materials. It is suitable e.g. for inscriptions on advertising glasses and bottles.

Sublimation 

Sublimation is one of the most sophisticated technologies of digital print ensuring photographic quality of the final product. This method is used to print on textile (with composition containing at least 60% of polyester, metal, glass and plastic). The background material must be of light colour. Print of the motif is performed by transferring the printed out pattern on the given material on acting of heat. The advantage is the quality of the final product and the possibility to transfer the motif in a photo quality. This method is not too demanding in the volume of production; therefore the production is possible already from one piece at a favourable price. Sublimation is a term meaning transformation of solid state to gaseous state without preceding liquefying of the material. It is printed by means of an ink printer, sublimation ink, sublimation transfer paper on a light background. By means of transfer press or convection oven the image is thermally transferred onto the background. This technology ensures final print in perfect photo quality. Great advantage of sublimation press is that the article that is printed on does not require any additional subsequent treatment, and can be sold yet "hot". Sublimation does not require production of films or any other demanding preparation, such as serigraphy. In case of low-cost print the production is significantly faster and cheaper!
